Shipping and Return

We ship same day, guaranteed. For faster service, you’ll need to time travel. Our items ship from Idaho and arrive within 2–7 business days (for U.S. and Can. orders), depending on which shipping method was selected. For orders outside the U.S. or Canada, it will take between 7-21 days to reach you.
Yes, we ship to all points around the world daily.
Every order has tracking that will be sent to you once we will have shipped your order.

We do free shipping on all international order over 150$ and free shipping on all U.S. orders over 75$. For smaller order, you can choose from our live rates selection in your shopping cart according to your needs. We do not make any profit on shipping fees. What you pay is what we pay.
You bet! We work in partnership with the premier eco-friendly fulfillment services company for the US market. ✔ 99.9999% of what we use is recycled or reused within the warehouse operation. ✔ The warehouse runs on green power purchased locally and use electric forklift and ecofriendly lighting throughout the facility. ✔ Everything that makes up your package is RECYCLED AND RECYCLABLE. ✔ Our packaging is purchased locally. No one has to use up packing supplies to ship us packing supplies. ✔ The facility saves enough paper to produce over 5,000 average elementary school textbooks per year. Please note that we do not accept returns on any product that has been modified/altered/washed, hygiene and personal care products and gift cards. We also do not accept products that are intimate (swimwear and underwear). For all other products, please contact us at care@nomadtraveler.co within 30 days of delivery date to arrange EXCHANGE or FULL REFUND of your unused item(s). Simply return your item(s) to the provided address. A receipt and the original packaging are required for all returns and exchanges. Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. Refunds will be issued to the same method of payment as the original payment (credit card purchases will be credited to the original credit card account). Nomad Traveler will not assume transport charges for any items returned. However, we will offer a 10% discount on your next order.
You're allowed to change your mind! Simply contact us at care@nomadtraveler.co with CANCEL ORDER as object. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we will then proceed with a full refund. If you wish to cancel an order that has already been shipped to you, you will have to return your order to us as soon as it reaches you. Once we receive it, we will proceed with a refund. Please note that in that case, shipping fees still apply and are not refundable.
Our order accuracy is 99.99064% so this kind of situation is unlikely to happen. But in case it does, contact care@nomadtraveler.co with MISSING/DAMAGED ORDER as object as soon as possible. Simply repack and return your order to the address provided and we will send you a new one. Shipping fees will apply. However, we will offer a 10% discount on your next order.
Customers living in Idaho have to pay state sales tax. All other U.S. customers will not be charged sales tax. For all other international customers, please be aware that you are responsible for any applicable customs/duties upon receiving your package from the US. If you have any questions regarding applicable customs/duties, contact us at care@nomadtraveler.co and we will gladly assist you.
We strive to source high-quality products for all of our customers. We honour a 1-year full warranty for all of our products. Simply put, we trust our products and only carry items that you can trust too.
